Refund policy

There are no refunds and no exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please ensure shipping address is correct.  

All sales are final. DeavionBluinnovations, LLC.  If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us at deavionbluinnovations@gmail.com immediately and attach a photo of the item with a description of the issue within 10 business days for immediate response. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and shipped within approximately 7 -10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to damaged/defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

My order is delayed or lost. What do I do now?
If your order is marked as delivered but did not show up in your mailbox wait a few days. Most times it shows up a few days later.  If not please check with your local post office.  

If you are worried about a package being lost, you can contact the USPS Customer Service or fill out a Missing Mail form on their website.

Your post office will be the most helpful in locating your package.  We are not responsible for delayed packages or lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
