Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best customer service.

All tee-shirt orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days.
All stickers orders are processes immediately after the order is placed. Sticker are shipped free depending on value. Sticker orders are shipped are free in the USA only. However, no tracking is available. De'AvionBlu Innovations is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. Tracking is available for orders with paid shipping. Normal processing and shipping time is 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
My order is delayed or lost. What do I do now?
If your order is marked as delivered but did not show up in your mailbox wait a few days. Most times it shows up a few days later. If not please check with your local post office.

If you are worried about a package being lost, you can contact the USPS Customer Service or fill out a Missing Mail form on their website.

Your post office will be the most helpful in locating your package. We are not responsible for delayed packages or lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
